Our 9th December 2015 clinic in Highfield was a success, recording an overall rating of of 93%. Although not all clients turned up, all attendants gave us an impressive rating of 100% in regards with Quality of service and Treatment by staff .
The criteria for rating includes quality of service, quality of advice, clarity of advice, privacy and treatment by staff, which are all above 90%, except the “Sufficient amount of time” with a wish to have a longer time for the consultation.
